Drainage gutter matching stainless steel floor drain equipment

Stainless steel floor drains for food workshops can be used individually. When used alone, they are typically paired with circular floor drains, while square floor drains are used in conjunction with drainage channels. The surface of the equipment can undergo treatments such as brushing, passivation, and sandblasting.

1. Floor drain components: main body of the drainage well, removable high-level water drain, debris separation plate, and sealing cover plate.

2. Floor drain requirements: Floor drains in food factories must comply with HACCP and GMP standards, have excellent drainage performance, and be suitable for food industry applications. The material of the floor drain must meet food-grade requirements (304 stainless steel). The floor drain must come with a built-in odor-proof water seal at least 50mm high. It must have a debris separation function and be equipped with a sealing cover plate. Internal components of the floor drain must be removable for cleaning purposes.

3. The cover plate paired with the floor drain can also be selected.

4. The floor drain must meet requirements for drainage speed, odor prevention, and ease of cleaning.

5. The overall height of the floor drain is approximately 300mm. The lower part mainly connects to the concealed pipe section, and it is necessary to understand the pipe diameter of the drainage outlet for a more suitable pairing.
